OUR TEAM
Jason Hsieh
This semester, my team and I did research on Taiwan's traditional iced treats, and we learned a lot of knowledge and the principles of doing many things. First, we learned that we should never give up even though we try very hard. For example, we faced some problems like contacting the shop, deciding the topic of this research and interviewing the shop owner. Second, we learned that respecting others is important when working with others while interviewing. Lastly, we get to know the Taiwanese traditional iced products, and it is significant to preserve Taiwan's tradition and make it innovative. Overall, we learned a lot of interesting things and knowledges in this project.
Nichole Lin
It is a great experience working with all of my teammates. We accomplished a lot of paragraphs and different parts in the website. Whenever we come up with conflicts, we always find the way out successfully. I also learned much about frozen desserts, and discovered their different secrets. The whole experience was fascinating. We never stop getting hungrier and hungrier after looking at different types of ice treats. This is a really cool and fun experience, and I really appreciate it.

I think this Cyberfair project helps me a lot, including the skills of searching on the Internet and some knowledge of Taiwan iced treats. Also, I learned a lot of things from teamwork such as how to make the teamwork more productive, how to work and communicate with your teammate about the work. Taiwan's iced treat are very different from those we have eaten before, and there are more choices to choose from like flavors and ingredients. I think Taiwan ice is very unique and special, and you will be very interested and compelled to try when you start to know more about them

First of all, it was quite challenging to contact the store owner before the interview. After the efforts, we successfully interviewed Mr. Kuo in the end. Actually, this process was not easy. Therefore, we viewed this interview as a great opportunity to know about the fascination of frozen desserts. During the interview, I was the one responsible for interviewing the owner. There were a few instances of stumbling over words due to nervousness. Fortunately, one of my teammates was able to take turns asking more questions. The owner was also very patient to answer the questions we posed, for which we were very grateful.

I learned a lot at this website expo. When we went to the Blue Lamp Cafe for an interview, we learned a lot. Just like when we were recording, there were actually a lot of questions. If the teacher spoke too fast, we would hear the marathon, leading us to record this again. Sometimes, it seems that we can’t keep up, don’t understand, or can’t keep up with the typing speed. This visit actually taught us a lot. The boss’s answers gave us a lot of information, just like what we wanted to know. The problem of ice cream products, the development of ice cream products, etc.I have confidence in Taiwan’s ice products. I have learned that ice products have become something that has become a life expo for Taiwanese people. Taiwan’s ice Product history like Babu Ice Cream, Zhi Zai Ice, Tofu Ice Cream, Shaved if, and Pau Pau Ice. I learn teamwork, how to work with others and talk with others. I think I have a fun time on this website expo because I can learn a lot from my teammates.

Although I join the cyberfair late, but I still learned a lot from working together with my teammate. I learned how to made website, and I learned traditional Taiwan's ice product. Join cyberfair was a great experience.
